Owned and operated by Lys and JJ Fuchs, Bluefields Chevaux Parc is a 100 acre property situated in the rolling hills of the Southern Highlands, New South Wales. We selectively breed high quality performance horses and focus on our saying "Quality knows no compromise". Our breeding philosophy is based on the principals of the top German breeding areas like Hannover, Oldenburg, Holstein and Westphalia.

Bluefields Stud owns eight imported mares with top pedigrees such as Bolero, Donnerhall, Florestan, Relevant, Rubinstein and Weltmeyer, to name a few - all stallion legends from the best European dressage bloodlines. In addition, we own the first imported and licensed son to the double World Champion Florencio, "Bluefields Floreno". He is a highly beautiful and talented young stallion with a great future.

Lys Fuchs is an experienced breeder of performance horses in Germany and Switzerland. Prior to moving to Australia, Lys ran her own horse breeding company in Switzerland as well as managing the annual Swiss Elite Foal Auction from 2000-2005. Lys has also held executive committee positions with the Swiss Breeding Federation. Expertise is offered by Lys Fuchs in guiding you through the selection of mare and stallion to breed your next Sporthorse. Breeding selection includes:

  • Correct basic gaits and conformation,
  • Proven ridability, and
  • Desirable temperament.

We can assist you in breeding your next dressage horse - we are a specialist for all levels. Visit our Services section on our website for more information:
