Uniform was sired by Wahtamin xx, who was in the top of the dressage index with a score of 123. Uniform’s dam is ‘keur preferent prestatie’ Liris who was an attractive Z-level dressage horse as well as M-level jumper. She received 88 for her IBOP and had three placing’s in Utrecht in the Champion Hack Class. Liris is a daughter of the ‘keur’ stallion Eros who was producer of a number of prominent dressage horses.

At the performance test in 1981 Uniform was the champion of his year. He displayed his great versatility with 9.5 for dressage, 9.5 for jumping under saddle and a 10 for his temperament. Uniform won all the saddle classes as a 4 & 5 year old, for example at the National Stallion Inspection in Utrecht and Indoor Brabant. Uniform, who still serves about 100 mares every year, is listed in the NHS/KWPN annual as number one amongst the stallions still serving in the Netherlands.

Uniform, who was granted the ‘keur’ predicate in 1991, developed into a top-class producer of both sport and inspection horses. His son Gregor, was approved by the KWPN in 1991 and another son, Highness, received approval in 1993. A great number of the offspring of this striking grey stallion are high-level dressage horses. In this connection we could mention Baboon of Coby van Baalen, Arizona of Iwan Verket, Barok of Mieke de Kok, Congo of Ton de Kok and Lovely Surprise of Brigitte de Dadelaer in Belgium, Montreus in Germany and Metalic (Horse of the Year) under Anne Gribbons in the USA. Uniform also sired the champion mares Desire, and Felenza. In 1993 Dettie Oosterom claimed the title of National Champion with Centurion at Indoor Brabant in the ZZ light category and Compromis with Roshwita v.d Velden Prix St. George.

In 1994 Uniform was granted the highest predicate ‘preferent’. His son Junior was approved as a super talented dressage horse by the KWPN. He has sired more than 800 foals and already he has more than 30 offspring in the Grand Prix St. George’s level in dressage. His offspring are outstanding in the multiple disciplines. He has sired 81 mares with the predicate ‘ster’ and 47 ‘keur’. All his foals are grey.
